While attending Parsons School of Design in New York City, Joseph began his career working at the acclaimed menswear establishment Odin. There he met award-winning designer Robert Geller,  and Joseph went on to work with Geller until his graduation in 2010.

When the recession hit and the fashion market almost died in NYC, Joseph decided to take his acquired design knowledge and apply it to his other passion, Lacrosse. In 2012 he established Throne Lacrosse in his Brooklyn loft. He has won both the String League and Interlock Challenge, the only 2 stringing competitions of its kind. Today Joseph continues to introduce innovative products through his company and plays lacrosse all over the world.

IV Works is Joseph finally putting a name on his others crafts and interest outside of Lacrosse. Here he hopes to share his passions in a different light from his studio in Brooklyn, NY.
