IV Works refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items purchased during group buy are exempt from refunds or exchanges once the group buy closes. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

EDITS

This service is only offered during the group buy stage. Once the group buy closes you will not be able to edit your order.

To edit your order you needed to be logged in when you placed the order. If you did this you will see the order when you log into:

If you DONT see your order there, you will need to open a ticket in tickets to have the order added to you account. Please provide your order number and email of your account.

If you DO see your order you can click the “Edit” button to the right off the order info. Once you see the items from your order added to your cart, you can add new items and complete checkout. This process will cancel your previous order and give you a credit on the new order. You order will ship according to the new order, so your order in line will change.

If you want to REFUND items on your order there will be a 10% fee for credit card and manually processing of your order. You will need to respond to you new order confirmation that you would like a refund as this process is done manually.

REFUNDS

You can return items in 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I am not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 72 hours.

Due to payment fees a 5% fee is withheld on refunds/canceled orders.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. If customer still has access to account but was issued a different card, the bank or agency will automatically redirect the funds accordingly.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Issues must be reported in 30 days from shipping. I recommend inspecting your product before building it. If you believe your item has issues please send an email and include the following:
